Bianca is excited to join us after recently Graduating with a Bachelors in sociology, minor in poverty, inequality, and social justice from UC Santa Barbara class of 2022.
Working in the legal field has always been her goal. She is excited for the opportunity to not only step in but grow and learn. Bianca has a passion for helping others. While in Santa Barbara she had an internship at Freedom 4 Youth, a nonprofit organization that’s aim is to lower the recidivism rates of youths that have been previously incarcerated. Building relationships, managing cases, and helping the youth in ways that they feel safe to ask for help was her main goal. Building relationships with families is very important to her because she herself is very family oriented.
Client satisfaction has always been very important to her. Not only keeping an open mind but putting herself in the shoes of the client allows her to be able to help and understand to the best of her abilities which she believes is very important. We have all been the person on the other end that was stressed and was hoping they could be helped and cared for.
On her free time, she likes to go to the beach, enjoys trying different and exotic cuisines, relaxing on the weekends, nice heart cocktails, and spending time with friends and family.
Bianca is a proud Mexican- American who was born and raised in Huntington Park. She is bilingual in Spanish and loves being in her local community.
